Job summary

Limber Recruitment is seeking an Information Lawyer (FOI and Privacy) to support a department-wide team handling privacy, protected information, information sharing, and FOI matters. The role ensures compliance with privacy laws and related processes.

The successful candidate will draft assessments and agreements, manage FOI requests, and contribute to internal reviews and communications with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Responsibilities

• Advise on FOI, privacy and data handling topics.

• Help meet privacy code requirements and support the privacy champion.
• Process FOI requests and provide advice to the Minister’s office.
