Job summary

Michael Page in Adelaide is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations within a growing FMCG business. The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory oversight, and safe, efficient logistics management.

Day shift, Monday to Friday, with a focus on team development and process improvement. Successful applicants will have FMCG warehouse supervision experience, strong organisational skills, and a forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Operate Forklift when needed - Leading the team hands on
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control and stocktakes.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures across all warehouse activities.
• Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and maintenance requirements.
• Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
