Nestlé Australia is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the Campbellfield Factory quality team. You will champion the application of the Quality Management System across a defined manufacturing area and partner with the Manufacturing Leadership Team to support quality execution and investigations.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Food Science, 2+ years in a quality role in FMCG, knowledge of GMP and QA systems, plus strong communication skills to drive improvements and audit

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality specialist role, ideally in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of food safety hazards and GMP/QA systems.

Responsabilités

• Champion Nestlé Quality and Food Safety standards with a GMP focus.
• Coordinate batch release activities and support release coverage as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Identify and mitigate food safety hazards and quality deviations.
• Conduct robust investigations into quality incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coach teams in GMP and quality methodologies; support internal audits.
