Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage domestic and export orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation. You will liaise with customers, freight providers, and internal teams to keep priorities aligned with production schedules.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced FMCG environment across our Australian network.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain within FMCG preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive problem solving and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Customer-focused approach and service excellence.
• Experience with export documentation and freight coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.
• Monitor DIFOT performance and resolve order issues proactively.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding releases and invoicing.
• Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Logistics to align shipments with schedules.
