Job summary

Snack Brands Australia is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to work on the factory floor in Orchard Hills. You will operate a range of packaging and processing equipment, perform quality checks and support line efficiency during day shifts.

The role requires experience in machine operation and preventative maintenance within an FMCG environment, plus a proactive approach to safety, 6S standards, and teamwork with production staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation/Preventative Maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate fryers, packaging machines and related equipment on the line.
• Perform quality checks and maintain hygiene to meet food safety standards.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and support maintenance as first responder.
• Assist with line changeovers and meet production targets within schedule.
• Uphold 6S standards and use non-conformance systems to ensure specifications.
