Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager on a Sunday to Thursday roster to lead a dynamic store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the Gold Coast. You will coach staff, manage sales targets and use reports to spot trends and act quickly to maximise performance.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, contribute to merchandising launches, staff development, and maintaining brand standards while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing service role.
• Previous key holder or supervisor experience preferred but not essential.
• Results driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.

THE ROLE

This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. By applying, you’re confirming your availability to work across these days.

You are a true sales leader, leading by example with passion and purpose. Your team draws inspiration and motivation from your energy as you coach them to deliver great in-store experiences.

The Floor Manager leads with an energetic, collaborative approach. Using your knowledge of retail best practices, you will assist in achieving daily store and business goals, including coaching your team to hit all sales targets.

Youare responsible for, but not limited to the following:

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in a customer-facing service role
