Findstaff is hiring a Flexographic Assistant/Slitter Rewinder Operator and Printer Assistant in Pemulwuy, NSW. Immediate start on day or evening shifts with training provided. The role involves operating flexographic printing and slitter rewinder machinery, setting up machines, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience or a strong mechanical aptitude and a reliable, team-focused work ethic. Permanent night shift availability is also considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing and slitter rewinder machinery.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers.
• Monitor production runs and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare materials and load machinery.
• Complete production paperwork and records.
• Identify and report machine or quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workspace.
