Job summary

WorkFocus is seeking a Vocational Assessor/Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will support clients to regain independence and return to work, delivering vocational assessments, counselling and case management across community, office and home settings.

Qualifications

• Registration in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver's licence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking Vocational Assessments to identify return to work options after injury.
• Undertaking Vocational Counselling.
• Identifying RTW barriers and completing case management to achieve outcomes.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers.
• Designing and monitoring programs to help injured employees return to the workforce.
