Job summary

BumbleBee Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to cover both primary and secondary classes on a flexible basis in New South Wales, Australia. You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment and help pupils continue to progress in the absence of their regular teacher.

You may teach across different year groups and schools depending on your experience and availability, with day-to-day supply, short-term, or longer-term opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary or secondary settings.
• Provide effective teaching and learning to pupils in accordance with school expectations.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
• Adapt teaching and activities where appropriate to meet the needs of different learners.
• Complete basic classroom and lesson-related duties as required by the school.
• Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Provide appropriate feedback to the school following lessons where required.
• Support the wider life of the school and maintain professional standards at all times.
