Alliance Clinics in Townsville and Mackay is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary teams. We offer a competitive salary of $95,000–$125,000 plus superannuation, with CPD allowance and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Membership of Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• National Police Check.
• Medicare Provider Number eligibility.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Primarily a therapy role delivering evidence-based, person-centred care.
• Manage a substantial NDIS caseload alongside dysphagia and other services across the lifespan.
• Work with colleagues across disciplines and contribute to holistic care.
• Discuss caseload and location preferences to align expectations with the role.
