Job summary

H1 Group is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to provide in-home support across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. This casual role offers short shifts, with flexible, ad-hoc hours and ongoing opportunities to support clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include domestic assistance, personal care, and social support, with a focus on safety and dignity. You will travel to client homes within the Gold Coast region and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be caring and patient with clients in their own homes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, light meal prep.
• Personal care and activities of daily living assistance including showering and grooming.
• Social support and community engagement, accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
