Job summary

Adlogic in North Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual work in continence care within aged care. You will deliver patient-centred assessments, plan and implement continence strategies, and work closely with the Allied Health team.

The role offers flexible hours and community/home visits across the Sydney metro area, with travel responsibilities supported by car-use reimbursement. Applicants must have 3+ years RN experience and current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practising Registered Nurse.
• Experience in completing CAPS applications.
• Knowledge and experience in continence assessment.
• Experience implementing continence management strategies.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to travel within the Sydney metro area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits in the community as required.
• Collaborate with Clinical Lead and care teams.
• Travel within the Sydney metro area for client visits.
