The Reject Shop in Australia is looking for a Team Member to support daily store operations and create a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on, physical role with flexibility to work during busy retail periods, including afternoons, evenings and weekends.

No retail experience is required. Training and support are provided from day one to help you learn the ropes and build confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
• Able to lift up to 16 kg as part of store duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and handle busy trading periods.
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
