Job summary

MyChemist Retail Group is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced store network. Part-time, full-time and casual hours are available across our stores, offering flexible opportunities.

You will help customers, stock shelves and process transactions via our POS system, contributing to a smooth shopping experience for all customers. As part of the team, you’ll benefit from ongoing training, staff discounts, and a supportive workplace culture with rewards and recognition

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries, keep shelves stocked, and ensure transactions run smoothly.
