Job summary

World Gym Bundaberg is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to create bespoke training programs and flexible hours while helping members achieve their goals in a premier facility on the East Coast of Australia.

You will conduct fitness consultations, promote your services, and guide clients through safe, engaging workouts. A Cert IV in Fitness and current First Aid/CPR and a Blue Card are required.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of resistance training and cardiovascular training.
• Ability to design safe, comprehensive training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational approach.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations, including interpretation of body scans.
• Promote and sell your personal training programs and services.
• Develop safe, professional, exciting, and comprehensive personal training programs.
• Ensure clients attain their personal fitness goals.
• Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Keep the gym tidy and equip­ment clean.
