Job summary

Crewe Sharp is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care across Maryborough and surrounding areas. Flexible hours and consistent shifts allow you to choose a pattern that suits your life, with opportunities to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care.
• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Coordinate with the local branch team to manage shifts and communication.
