Job summary

Headway Psychology is seeking a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar, or Registered Psychologist to join our growing team for 3–5 days per week at Shenton Park or Subiaco. You will work with a range of presentations and develop your clinical skills within a supportive environment that prioritises wellbeing and holistic client care.

We foster curiosity, collaboration and clinical excellence, with supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration, and regular Lunch & Learn sessions.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Eligibility to provide Medicare-rebatable services.
• Must hold current Australian work rights.
• Experience with trauma-informed work and/or neurodiversity.
• Competence in psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic frameworks, psychological formulation and treatment planning.
• Experience with diverse populations across the lifespan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and structured supervision.
• Provide supervision and clinical support to registrars and junior staff.
• Contribute to a service focused on best-practice care and clinician wellbeing.
