Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking a warm, passionate educator to join its OSHC and early learning programs in Melbourne. This casual role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work around study or other commitments while making a positive difference in children’s days.

Design safe spaces, plan engaging activities and build caring relationships with children and families. Applicants with Cert III or higher, First Aid/CPR/WWCC and Australian work rights are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
• Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification(or currently studying).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these).

Responsibilities

• Create safe and inspiring spaces where children feel secure and motivated.
• Plan engaging, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and learning.
• Build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues.
• Champion wellbeing and growth for each child.
• Collaborate with the team to co-create programs reflecting children’s voices.
