Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Flexible Educator (Dip Qual) to support OSHC services across Gembrook, The Patch and The Hills on a casual basis. Shifts are early mornings and late afternoons, with extra hours in school holidays.

You will join a welcoming, child-centered team focused on safety, learning through play, and family engagement. Ideal candidates hold or are willing to obtain a VIC Diploma-Level qualification and a state Working with Children check.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA.

Responsibilities

• Support OSHC services across Gembrook, The Patch and The Hills.
• Join relief teams to meet different school communities and children.
• Assist with programs and supervised activities during before/after school hours.
• Engage positively with children and families to promote safety and well-being.
