Job summary

Mercy Health in Melbourne is seeking casual Domestic Assistants to support Home Care clients living independently at home. Flexible hours with a minimum of 3 weekdays and a mobile phone provided to stay connected. Specific duties include cleaning and laundry, with ongoing support from a dedicated service team.

You are reliable, empathetic and able to build trusting relationships with clients and families. A valid driver’s license, First Aid Certificate, NDIS checks and Orientation Module

Qualifications

• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Own car with a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• NDIS checks and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry for Home Care clients.
• Support clients to live independently at home with a compassionate approach.
• Engage with clients and families to maintain a collaborative care environment.
