Job summary

Forhealth Group in Corrimal, NSW, is seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join a bulk billing practice delivering high-quality primary care to a loyal patient base in well-resourced facilities.

The role offers flexible engagement options (full-time, part-time or bespoke sessions) with support staff, on-site allied health, pathology and imaging, and a collaborative team focused on chronic disease management and preventive care.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognised in Australia.
• Fellowship of the RACGP (FRACGP) or ACRRM (FACRRM), or equivalent specialist registration.
• Full, unconditional registration with AHPRA.
• Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centred primary care.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of comprehensive general practice consultations across all patient demographics.
• Management of acute presentations, chronic disease, preventive care and health assessments.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with RACGP standards.
• Participation in practice quality improvement activities and team-based care.
• Referral and care coordination with specialist and allied health services.
