Job summary

You’ll serve guests, take orders, assist with bar operations and help keep service areas clean and well-presented. Flexible casual shifts and opportunities for progression across Australian Venue Co. are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional and well-presented.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Weekend, evening and public holiday availability.
• Current SA RSA is required for Front of House roles.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Providing table and floor service across the venue.
• Supporting bar operations and beverage service.
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas.
• Working closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams.
• Assisting with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required.
• Following responsible service, food safety and venue procedures.
• Creating memorable experiences for guests.
