As an EN, you will provide safe, patient-centred care under RN supervision, with duties spanning from observations and documentation to medication administration and care planning. Access to the eHCA app supports shift management and timely pay.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months recent Australian acute hospital experience.
• Recent experience within Medical, Surgical or Acute Care settings.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Up-to-date immunisation and vaccination records.
• Full Australian working rights.

Aufgaben

• Deliver patient-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor and record patient observations.
• Administer medications within EN scope of practice.
• Assist with assessments, treatments and procedures.
• Support patient recovery and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams.
