Job summary

Nulsen Primary School, Esperance, is seeking Mainstream Education Assistants for permanent and fixed-term roles in 2027 through Term 2, 2028. The pool will cover full-time and part-time vacancies as they arise, with flexibility across Early Childhood and classroom support, delivering literacy and numeracy interventions as needed.

Ideal candidates will build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and engage with MTSS frameworks, with a willingness to learn and apply new program knowledge

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work across a range of roles including Early Childhood classrooms, classroom support, and targeted intervention programs.
• Deliver targeted literacy and numeracy intervention programs with individuals or small groups.
• Support teaching and learning within classrooms and follow school intervention protocols.
• Collaborate with teachers, school leaders and other Education Assistants to achieve student outcomes.
