Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Shepparton is seeking a Casual Educator to join our centres on a flexible basis. You will support our educational program, supervise children, and work across multiple sites as needed.

Casual hours provide variety and opportunities to experience different centres within the Goodstart network. Ideal candidates hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, have a VIC Working with Children Check, and are available Monday to Friday with flexible hours between

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Willing to travel between local services.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage with and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
