Job summary

ATZ Care is seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team across outer South East Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Somerville. You will support clients with daily living, self-care, and community participation, across in-home and outings.

We value inclusivity, respect and a meaningful difference. Roles include casual and contract opportunities with secure ongoing work through a trusted provider.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent recognised qualification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check required.
• Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR completed.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and full valid driver’s license.
• Experience with autism and behaviours of concern is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home disability support and community engagement for clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Support clients to participate in social, recreation and group activities.
• Flexible shifts including mornings and after‑noon sessions as required.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
