Job summary

Encara is seeking a Community Podiatrist to provide home-based podiatry services across Melbourne's south and southeast under a flexible, contractor model.

The role involves one-hour visits, assessments, basic treatment, education, and thorough clinical documentation, with scheduling managed by the contractor. You will join a supportive team delivering high-quality care to participants in their homes.

Qualifications

• Registered Podiatrist with appropriate Australian registration.
• Clinically capable with podiatry assessments and basic treatment.
• Strong communication and ability to work with participants and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-hour home visits with participants who opt in to receive podiatry services.
• Complete podiatry assessments and provide basic treatment as clinically indicated.
• Deliver participant education using the program handbook.
• Complete clinical documentation and provide reports or referrals as required.
• Contact participants directly to arrange and schedule appointments (for contractors).
