Job summary

Round Square Marketing in Toowoomba is hiring a Content Specialist (Social & Content) to craft scroll-stopping content and manage social across multiple platforms for a growing portfolio of clients. You’ll work with Account Managers to bring campaigns and brands to life, owning your area to deliver top-quality content.

We’re seeking a hands-on creator with a sharp eye for visuals, strong copywriting, and comfort with CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and managing social media for brands.
• Strong visual sense with photo and video editing.
• Excellent copywriting and brand voice adaptation.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage content calendars and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social content across major platforms.
• Capture and edit photo/video content on-location or in-studio.
• Write clear, on-brand copy for social, EDMs and campaigns.
• Build and manage content calendars ensuring consistency.
• Stay ahead of platform trends with fresh ideas.
