Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking team Members for Proactive Services to keep stores clean and trolley bays stocked. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain a hygienic environment that helps customers and colleagues have a better day.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, trolley collection, cross-department support, and assisting customers. Full training on equipment will be provided, with shifts starting early or late to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people.
• Physical fitness is essential for this role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
• Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.
• Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
• A good eye for cleanliness and small details.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying bins.
• Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
• Help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
• Full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.
