Job summary

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Aged care experience is desirable.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliance checks including police check.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Develop and maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with care staff, families and other professionals.
