Respect Group Limited is seeking casual Personal Care Assistants to join the care team at Gracemere Gardens in Gracemere, Queensland. The role offers flexible casual hours across shifts, supporting residents with personal care, daily living activities and wellbeing.

Successful candidates will work under the direction of the senior clinical team, maintaining dignity and independence for residents while contributing to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifikationen

• National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to acquire)
• Certificate III qualification in aged care
• Experience in residential aged care
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity in activities of daily living.
• Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
• Record observations on assessment charts and document exceptions to the care plan in progress notes; report to EN/RN.
• Check residents' daily menu requirements.
• Attend to duties as allocated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
• Assist with additional shifts to support the team, including covering staff leave.
• Undertake other tasks within scope of practice as directed by the organisation.
