Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Sydney is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children on a flexible basis. You’ll work within a team to deliver safe, engaging learning experiences across multiple locations.

Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm with above award wages plus casual loading. Training provided; Certificate III in Children's Services preferred; opportunities to explore different centres and pathways within Goodstart.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning through play and routine in early-learning settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a centre team and families.
• Commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the education program in the room and with the centre team.
• Engage and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and staff.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
