Job summary

Community Kids Mount Gambier Early Education Centre, part of G8 Education Limited, is seeking an experienced Casual Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma to join our warm, supportive team. You will help create a safe, engaging learning environment for children aged 0–5 and contribute to daily routines.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate

Responsibilities

• Support and nurture learning through play and intentional teaching
• Engage with children aged 0–5 to support development and wellbeing
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment
• Adhere to centre policies, EYLF/NQS and health and safety requirements
