Job summary

Goodstart Eumundi is seeking a Casual Educator to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will support across the centre wherever needed, helping deliver play-based learning, ensuring safety and inclusion for every child.

Ideal candidates have ACECQA-approved qualifications and a current QLD Working with Children Check, with flexibility to work across weekdays and travel between nearby services as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to ACECQA standard for early childhood education.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engaging, play-based educational programs.
• Engage, supervise and support children throughout the day.
• Create safe, welcoming and nurturing learning environments.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators and centre leadership.
• Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
