Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education – Murwillumbah NSW is seeking Casual Educators to support children’s learning through play and meaningful activities. You’ll join a welcoming team, with flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle, while pursuing an early childhood qualification or leveraging existing experience.

Be part of a supportive, collaborative environment, with opportunities to progress into permanent roles and access professional development and resources across Guardian.

Qualifications

• Hold or be studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in early childhood.
• Hold NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Completed Geccko Child Safe Training.
• Available for a minimum of two days per week between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through play, creativity and meaningful experiences.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Work across different rooms and age groups.
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Continue building your confidence and experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Access opportunities to progress into permanent positions within Guardian.
