Job summary

Consider It Done Cleaning is seeking enthusiastic Casual Cleaners to join our Rockhampton team. You will perform general cleaning in residential and commercial properties, following schedules and safety guidelines, and report maintenance issues.

We offer flexible casual hours, competitive hourly rates, access to quality equipment, and training in a supportive team environment. A driver’s licence and police check are required or willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical fitness and stamina for cleaning duties across shifts.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to different work environments.
• Effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Current police check or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s licence is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces in residential and commercial properties.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, mops, steam cleaners and pressure washers where applicable.
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately in accordance with environmental guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour whilst representing Consider It Done Cleaning.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times on site.
