Dovida Australia is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their own homes across New South Wales. This casual role offers flexible hours and a supportive training program to help you grow both personally and professionally.

You’ll match with clients near you, focusing on shared interests and language where possible. A laptop/tablet and phone are needed, along with a current Australian driver’s license, car, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when assisting seniors and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Ability to adapt to different home care routines and needs.

ABOUT YOU

• Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within desired areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications.
• Must have avalid Australian opendriver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
