Job summary

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking a Fleet Administration Officer to provide high-quality operational and administrative support ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fleet services in line with VICSES policies. The role requires coordination of fuel cards, PVAs, driver registrations, infringements and casual drivers, with daily attendance at the Derrimut facility.

Key accountabilities include the coordination of essential fleet tasks, the preparation of reports, project support, efficient and timely record keeping, electronic filing and document maintenance. This role will coordinate and administer the management of fuel cards, driver registrations, Personal Vehicle Authorisations (PVAs), infringements and casual drivers.Note: This role is located at our Derrimut facility. Daily attendance at the facility is required. Limited Work from Home (WFH) flexibility may be offered post probation period on an ad-hoc basis.WHO WE ARE:Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service.
