Job summary

The Service Delivery Coordinator supports the delivery of Fleet, Equipment and Clothing (FEC) services to VICSES members, with a primary focus on developing, delivering and improving the fleet induction program. The role coordinates on-site inductions for fleet assets during vehicle deliveries and maintains induction records to support continuous improvement.

It also champions digitisation of forms and processes and collaborates with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and continuously improve the fleet induction program for VICSES members.
• Coordinate on-site inductions for fleet assets during vehicle deliveries and ensure clear guidance on vehicle systems and inspection regimes.
• Maintain induction records, support evaluation and update processes in line with fleet capability changes.
• Drive digitisation of forms and processes, develop digital workflows and collaborate with technical teams to improve guides and materials.
