Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Associate FIX Analyst to implement, test, certify and support Charles River Network clients. You will coordinate with clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of services.

The role requires a BA/BS in a technical field, 1 year in FIX administration or Buy Side OMS, and up to 3 years in securities trading. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a technical or analytical discipline.
1 year experience with FIX administration and support.
3 years’ experience in the securities trading industry preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
Database software experience.

Responsibilities

Support team efforts to sustain a five nines level of availability for Charles River Network Clients.
Coordinate with Clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and network vendor(s) to provide service-related functions.
Problem troubleshooting, support, and resolution as part of a Follow-the-Sun model.
Configuring and customizing FIX connections.
Testing and certification of FIX compatibility with brokers.
Ongoing changes and enhancements.
Follow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of service.
Ensure all Network Services database information and documentation is accurate and current.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
