Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Fitness Instructor at the Manly Andrew Boy Charlton Aquatic Centre in Mona Vale, NSW. The role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, guiding fitness and personal training sessions, and maintaining a safe, clean gym environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the fitness industry and passion for helping people achieve fitness goals.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead fitness programs and personal training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service for centre enquiries, admissions and bookings.
• Conduct fitness and personal training sessions across the fitness suite.
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness and safety of gym areas in line with regulations.

$43.58(inclusive of 25% casual loading) + superannuation.

Our opportunity :

The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Provide a high level of customer service ensuring all centre enquires, admissions, bookings and issues are dealt with in line with Centre expectations.
2) Conduct fitness programs and personal training programs across the fitness suite directly to members to enhance member experience.
3) Maintain effective supervision, cleaning and maintenance of the gym floor and fitness areas ensuring compliance with legislation rules and regulations ensuring a safe environment for all participants / members.

About you :

We’re looking for fitness instructors to join our team at Manly Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton Aquatic Centre. You’ll bring proven experience within the Fitness Industry and passion for making a difference in our community by helping people achieve their fitness goals.
