Overview

Aerial, Preschool & Tumbling Instructor – Permanent Part-Time (6:45–11:00 AM Weekdays) with optional afternoons. Location: Unanderra. This role is for someone who can engage adults, preschoolers, and primary-aged children in a fun, heart-led studio that supports students from their first forward roll to their first invert in the air. This position is a morning main gig (not a casual side hustle).

Responsibilities

• Begin each morning by leading adult aerial classes (silks and lyra) to help women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection.
• Lead the Trixy Preschool Adventure Program, combining storytelling, tumbling basics, aerial play, and imagination.
• Teach with warmth and energy; no prior preschool or aerial experience required as training will be provided.
• Optional: Afternoon teaching (extra hours) for tumbling and beginner aerial lessons, with shifts for Kindergarten and up.
• Teach fundamentals of tumbling (handstands, cartwheels, bridges, rolls) and lead structured lessons that support student progress and confidence.

Training & Support

• Full training in our aerial skills progression system.
• Training on our in-house Trixy preschool curriculum (storytelling, songs, and skill-based games).
• How to structure and deliver engaging tumbling lessons (afternoon role).
• Studio systems, student support, and our signature warm vibe.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Teaching experience preferred – 2 years (not mandatory for application).
• Working with Children Check preferred.
• Driver Licence preferred.
• Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
• Availability: Weekday mornings; afternoons optional.
