The Future Talent Program has been designed to challenge traditional perceptions of what a career in Financial Services can look like by providing exposure to a broad range of experiences and opportunities.

Based on
Gadigal Country in Sydney , you'll join a cohort of fellow First Nations participants and be supported by leaders, peers and a dedicated program team committed to helping you succeed.

About the Program:

Designed by First Nation, for First Nations, this 12-month program provides the opportunity to build confidence, develop professional skills and gain meaningful workplace experience within Financial Services. Through a combination of hands-on learning, development opportunities and exposure to diverse teams, you'll have the chance to discover where your strengths can take you and begin building a meaningful career.

Throughout the program, you will:

• Gain valuable experience while building confidence in a supportive and culturally safe environment.
