Job summary

St John Ambulance Victoria is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for First Aid Servicing to ensure client requirements are met through sales and servicing of First Aid Kits. The Health Training and Product team supports clients across Victoria, focusing on safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated sales experience, superb customer service, and the ability to work independently using tech tools like iPad for orders and client data.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and client relationship building experience.
• Customer service focused.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience using iPad or other technology-based systems for processing orders and customer details.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have a current full driver’s license with clean driving record.

About the role

The Health Training and Product team are an integral part of St John Ambulance, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our clients across Victoria.
