Job summary

Hume Anglican Grammar invites applications for a First Aid Officer based at the Kalkallo Campus. The fixed-term role (26 Oct 2026–1 Oct 2027) offers options for 1.0 FTE or 0.8684 FTE, including six weeks paid annual leave and seven weeks unpaid leave.

The role supports the General staff team, manages the First Aid Centre, and provides basic attendance-related administrative support across both Primary and Secondary schools.

Qualifications

• Formal Senior First Aid Training with experience in conducting Asthma and Anaphylaxis training to staff.
• Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience in organising and preparing reports and correspondence related to health concerns within a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first aid to students and manage first aid supplies across Primary and Secondary campuses.
• Maintain a welcoming, supportive First Aid Centre and provide administrative support related to attendance.
• Collaborate with General staff to ensure effective delivery of First Aid services.
