• Strong customer service focus.
• FPASS / VBA certification or equivalent (training provided).
• Prior use of Uptick (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and repair portable and fixed fire equipment and other essential safety measures.
• Carry out maintenance on items such as extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, doors, egress and emergency lighting.

The Role

The Fire Equipment Service Technician will carry out:

Inspection, testing, and repairs to all areas of Portable and Fixed fire equipment and other Essential Safety Measures, such as Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Hydrants, Doors, Egress, Emergency and Exit Lighting etc.

A primarily autonomous role, the successful Technician will enjoy excellent remuneration, including annual leave loading, superannuation, a fully maintained company vehicle, a mobile phone, uniform, and an invaluable opportunity for career advancement and training.

About You

• Minimum 6-12 months of experience servicing fire equipment is required
