Job summary

Roc Consulting is seeking a Fire Technician / Commercial Electrician in Sydney for a hands-on role across a range of commercial projects. You will install, test, service and commission fire detection systems, fault-find issues, and read electrical drawings with support for programming panels as needed.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed electrician with experience in commercial fire detection systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical fire panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, service and maintain fire detection systems on commercial sites.
• Fault-find and diagnose issues across fire alarm systems.
• Program and commission fire indicator panels where applicable.
• Read electrical drawings and technical docs to ensure compliance with standards.
