  • Significant financial crime experience within banking.
  • Line 2 experience providing financial crime advice, oversight and effective challenge.
  • Experience developing or enhancing financial crime risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance financial crime risk assessment methodologies, standards, guidance and governance frameworks.
  • Drive strategic uplift initiatives supporting evolving money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing risk assessment requirements.
  • Apply institutional banking expertise to improve assessments across complex products, customers and business activities.
  • Partner with Financial Crime, Risk, Legal, Technology and business stakeholders to strengthen assessment quality and consistency.
