Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Manager - Financial Crime Policy & Program (Sanctions & ABAC) to lead sanctions and anti-bribery/anti-corruption governance.

You will develop, implement and enhance Crown's financial crime framework, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practice. Collaboration across Legal, Compliance and operational teams is essential for embedding a risk-based approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial crime compliance, particularly sanctions and ABAC programs.
• Strong policy development and regulatory interpretation within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a risk-based approach to compliance and governance challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across large organisations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members within compliance, risk or governance functions.
• Professional certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of sanctions and ABAC policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory and industry developments and translate requirements into practical compliance solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed financial crime obligations into operational practices.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of Crown's Financial Crime Framework through testing, reviews and thematic assessments.
• Provide guidance and coaching to support capability uplift and a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
