The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead and mentor a Fund Accountant while owning the financial backbone of a high-performing boutique investment firm. You’ll gain exposure to funds, investors, and executives while sharpening your technical and leadership skills in a sector that’s only getting stronger.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead financial accounting, month-end and year-end reporting cycles.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with auditors, regulators, and external advisors.
  • Support fund accounting: capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and automation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree qualification in Accounting.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • 6+ years’ experience in accounting—financial services exposure is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ability to mentor and support a direct report.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort operating in a boutique, fast-paced environment.
